      8992.0 was active at 2225z with SCENARIO (weak/often unreadable but 
stronger than earlier in the local afternoon) bcsting 3 28-character EAMs 
(DW...; DW...; DWTOCC) with nothing heard on 6697.0, 11244.0 or 
13155.0.  H+25/h+55 activity.
