      8992.0 was active at 2155z with an unknown player (too weak to id; 
weak/unreadable) bcsting a 28-character EAM (maybe DWTOCC) and simulcasting 
same on at least 11244.0 (weak/unreadable).  He ending his xmsn with his id 
and the "standing by for traffic" statement.
