Repeated at 2015Z and 2044Z.

MILKWEED also broadcasted a 369 ACAT "TRD LBL 3SX" at 2051Z.

CUPID (COOPER?) 72 checking in with ZOA/134.15 with a possible boundry
violation ("We're in a turn, we'll check our NAV equipment, but we show
ourselves inside; we'll be done here in 5 minutes") at 2205Z.  Mission
changed, cancelled RTB Travis asked for new routing OAKLAND - J58 -
PNH - TINKER.  Flew practically directly over me.

PNH = Amarillo

Interestingly, the ZOA controller, who I hear quite well, appearred to
switch to a different transmitter to talk to this guy.  I could hear the
air side just fine, but couldn't hear the controller at all.

So uh, probable E-6B :-)
