BENGAL 41, flight of two F-18'S, cleared to KNBC (MCAS
Beaufort, SC). They had a lot of trouble getting a
clearance from NY that would keep them away from the
weather in the south. They finally decided to depart
VFR and figure it out in the air. Departed WG at
2008Z.

Question - can anybody give me the squadron, etc for
these guys? Is Beaufort their home base?
