[MilCom] Bush CAP up over Findlay OH.

Hello all,
  HARASS 01 x 2 (Langley F-15's)
269.000  Indy.C. 12:51pm.
260.900  Huntress 12:51pm. In the Findlay low CAP.
TANKER 36 is the refueler.
Would like to know who MERLIN & HARRIER is? They were
mentioned by the HARASS flight.
MERLIN is @ 7000, but I can't hear him from Detroit.
HARRIER was on the ground refueling @ 01:26pm. 

  I've been listening to this from home, but now
I'm  at the library. 
  AF-1 was going to land @ Dayton then take the bus
tour to Troy OH, Findlay, Fostoria, then on to the
Toledo area, & will depart from Toledo A/P later
tonight (That was on the Toledo news last night). 
  My guess is that MERLIN is a RC-12? HARRIER might be
a helicopter? These were the same call signs used for
the Kal Zoo to Sterling Heights, MI, bus tour back in
May.
