0144Z - SHOCKER CONTROL provides pp to FOXTROT for DOOM-91.  Gist of pp:
Have lost cabin pressurization; gear stuck down & bomb bay doors are
unlatched. Will be RTB in about 1 hour 30 minutes at which time, we will do
an hour to hour & half of IFR approaches followed by one single landing for
a full stop.  Run plan by 'SWAMPFOX" & "CHARLIE,"  and we will talk with you
in about 1 hour & 30 minutes.
