[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - BLACK CAT

      11244.0 was active at 0337z with BLACK CAT (or sounds like; fair/good 
levels) bcsting a 28-character EAM (DW2CZV) and simulcasting same on at 
least 8992.0 (fair/weak) with nothing heard on 13155.0 or 
6697.0.  H+07/h+37 activity.  He (presumed) keyed 11244.0 at 0350z with 
some brief words.
