[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - SHADO 91

      8992.0 was active at 2139z with SHADO 91 (good/fair levels but fading 
later to weak/barerly readable) calling ANY MARS a couple of times, the 
second time maybe getting a response (too weak to id) but nothing heard after.

      Earlier 8992.0 was active at 1614z with CHALICE GOLF (or sounds like; 
good/fair levels here with good audio) calling OFFUTT GLOBAL with no known 
response.  He called again, and this time his id sounded like "hotel sc___" 
or ?  No response and gone.
