      8992.0 was active at 0515z with an unknown player (too weak to id; 
weak/often unreadable levels here) bcsting a 28-character EAM (DWE... 
maybe) and simulcasting same on at least 6697.0 (weak/unreadable) with 
nothing heard on 11244.0 or 13155.0.  Suspected h+14/h+44 activity.
