[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - RELIGIOUS

      8992.0 was active at 2038z with RELIGIOUS (fair levels here) bcsting 
a 28-character EAM (DWHEIB) and simulcasting same on at least 6697.0 
(fair/weak) with nothing heard on 11244.0 or 13155.0.  The same freqs were 
active at 2054z with same (at better levels.) H+25/h+55 activity.
