Hi Bob - 

   Caught your post re sparsity of comms.  Nothing on AF-1 freqs. MY QTH about seventeen miles west of Punta Gorda. Here's what am hearing:

123.025   Very active with mil-medevac-press-police helos, frequent runs to Venice
               airport, twenty-five miles to the northwest, for gas, nearest airport. Non-stop 
               activity, excellent source of info.

123.475   Press helos

47.42       Red Cross on site

381.8      CG, Customs air coordination

40.9        sounds like FL or other NG helos in area, including Arcadia

265.4      CAP flights when President Bush  visited area. F-16's,  AWACS, etc.

866.0125  Local activity, interagency coordination
866.5125   "          "              "                 "

166.4375   Customs helos on relief missions.

Interested in other reports. Haven't yet been to area, may be volunteering there later, this is expected to go on for several weeks. Freq counter and radios will be along.
