[MilCom] Cougar C-17 Callsign

This is the same lot that has been in and out of Lawson AAF this past week.
Based upon their upload info passed on 245.7 (Lawson Ops) I thought they 
were supporting the 3rd Bde 3rd ID which is currently deployed to Ft Polk
for training. Unfortunately they have not been passing any tail numbers so
I can't wager a guess as to what unit they are from.
