REACH-302H received a clearance to Lakeland Regional not too long ago (The 
2nd one to leave and head down there) and should be on his way shortly.  I'm now 
starting to wonder if maybe these C-17s are not evacs but flying Humanitarian 
(Possibly what the H in REACH-30#H stands for) missions out of Dobbins (Or on 
evac from KCHS while flying humanitarian missions to FL).
