[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - AUTO PRESS

      8992.0 was active at 1746z with AUTO PRESS (or sounds like; weak/fair 
levels here) bcsting a 20-character EAM (CAC5KP) and simulcasting same on 
at least 11244.0 (weak/unreadable) with nothing heard on 13155.0 or 6697.0.
