      8992.0 was active at 2334z with INCUBATE (fair levels here in the 
local qrn) working PUERTO RICO (weak/fair) for a phone patch to a 
commercial area code 402 number (initially id'd as GEP OPERATOR by INCUBATE 
but under the alias FIRE BUG) to request the 7D on RF17 in [sounded like 
____OWAY; GEP alias] and gone.
