      8992.0 was active at 1925z with [unable to understand the id; maybe 
"combater" or "come back" or ?; good levels with noisy audio] bcsting a 
28-character EAM (RVKYYO) and simulcasting same on at least 11244.0 
(weak/often unreadable) with nothing heard on 13155.0 or 6697.0.
