Tanker 21 (DC CAP tanker)- w/Huntress (324.0) checking in advising they are 
position in Guard Dog (probable tanker track). Huntress advises Tanker 21 to 
use VHF freq of 139.15 and use 324.0 as boom freq.
November 3 (Citation 550, FAA HQs)- depart Reagan National.
Guard 172 (probable UH-1, MD NG Weide AAF) & 247 (UH-1V #69-15247, Co "C" 
2-224th AVN) - local ops in the Weide AAF area (229.4)
