[MilCom] Teal 17 (hurricane hunters) 123.05 MHz Gulf

Copied Teal 17 and another Teal tonight, swapping storm positions over the Gulf
of Mexico.

Tough to camp out on this Teal freq as this is a busy helicopter freq during
the day.

I don't suppose we could get the Teals to QSY?
