      11244.0 was active at 0139z with MCCLELLAN bcsting a 28-character EAM 
(RV4A4I).

      11244.0 was active at 0144z with BUGLE BOY (weak/readable) bcsting 
RV4A4I and simulcasting same on 8992.0 (fair/weak) with nothing heard on 
6697.0 or 13155.0.
