[MilCom] 3/238th Avn

Hey Ron

This site, http://www.arng.army.mil/tools/unit.asp, lists 3/238th Avn as a Michigan NG unit, but
the Michigan NG site shows 1/238th Avn under the 63rd Bde Troop Cmd. 

Haven't found much else for the 3rd Bn. Sorry
