[MilCom] Heads up Dobbins - RAPTOR inbound

Looks like an F/A-22 from Edwards? is inbound to Dobbins. RAPTOR 03 (female
pilot) and chase are holding 80 miles from Dobbins for t'storms to pass by
Dobbins. RAPTOR in comms with GHOST 15 (tanker) on 231.125. Lots of comms
on 275.8 (Dobbins ground), 274.75 (Dobbins metro), and 382.6 (Lockheed
Flight) ref the wx. Possible divert to Robins in the works.
