Started again at 1615Z: JEXV6N 105 chars, also 11244 8992; more to
follow: DHN53P 65 chars.  Still can't tell if it's RIO or REAL -CHAMP.
Finished at 1627Z, so if first one was a repeat, could have started at
1555Z?

Heard [PARIS|ARRIS] 24 on 6.761 at 1711Z chatting with TOGA 10 [local
Travis KC-10A] trying to arrange a hookup for some fuel.  Might be the
E-6B ... seemed to pop up on ZOA/134.15 and not on track (like he might
be coming out of DUE REGARD).

Back on UHF with JEXV6N at 1715Z followed by DHN53P at 1725Z finishing
at 1727Z ... This time it was a male voice.
