[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - FIRE CAMP

      11244.0 was active at 1532z with FIRE CAMP (fair/good levels here) 
bcsting a 28-character EAM (K6J24B) preceding OFFUTT's 1537z HFGCS bcst of 
same, and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak/readable) with nothing 
heard on 6697.0 or 13155.0.  FIRE CAMP was back up at 1536z on same freqs 
with another 28-character EAM (K6KINX).
