[MilCom] ALE Identifier WAROPS

All,

I've been seeing an HF ALE identifier WAROPS associated with the 1/228th Avn 
Regt at Soto Cano AB Honduras.

I did a little research and found out that the 1/228th Regt is known as the 
"Winged Warriors." So WAROPS is the 1/228th Operations identifier.
