Hi All.(Good Morning).
                                   11.175 was active Sunday 25 April at from
03:38z  PETRO 12  call to ELMENDORF n/reply,and then on and off  untill
contact was made with OFFUTT at 03:37z . Copied PETRO 12 medium levels on
11.175 P/P via OFFUTT to dsn 552-2107 ELLMENDORF (AMCC).
Note* OFFUTT unheard,and of course ELMENDORF also unheard.Pirep 2.5 hours
out from ELMENDORF.
EC-135??( snap crackle and pop just then.it souded like.

Please note this Morning..on 11.175 so quiet like no antenna attached to
R5000 and only sigs are from HICKUM, AFBHawaii; and PETRO 12 at above
position both at medium levels.
