[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - DITTY BAG

      11244.0 was active at 1455z with DITTY BAG (or sounds like; fair/good 
levels here with mild qsb) bcsting 3 28-character EAMs (7MNV5A; 7MHVTG; 
7MW6I2), simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak/fair) with nothing 
heard on 6697.0 or 13155.0.  H+25/h+55 activity.  Active since at least 
1347z+/- (at stronger levels then).
