Have you guys listened to the signal on 243.8 USB? Steve, does what you
heard sound like this signal? I receive this signal from 243.79 - 243.845
USB mode - sounds like water dripping. I don't know if this "dripper" is
associated with the SDS satcom system located just below here around
243.7075 - 243.7325 MHz. Just a thought.
