      11244.0 was active at 1911z with [difficult to id; sounded like OVER 
____; fair to good levels here with deep qsb; excellent SCOPE Command 
quality audio; suspected NAOC] bcsting a 48-character EAM (WLWUBI) 
preceding OFFUTT's 1916z HFGCS bcst of same, and simulcasting same on at 
least 8992.0 (weak/fair).

      6697.0 was active at 1916z with DECOROUS (fair) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (7MF6FV) preceding OFFUTT's 1921z HFGCS bcst of same, and 
simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak/readable) with nothing heard on 
11244.0 or 13155.0.

      6697.0 was active at 1925z with DECOROUS (fair/good) bcsting 7MF6FV 
and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak/fair) with nothing heard on 
11244.0 or 13155.0.  H+25/h+55 activity.
