[MilCom] MIL: 6697.0 - HEADACHE

      6697.0 was active at 1514z with HEADACHE (good levels here) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (7M2SNB) preceding the HFGCS's 1520z bcst of same, and 
simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (good) with nothing heard on 13155.0 
or 11244.0.

       The same freqs were active at 1525z with HEADACHE bcsting 
7M2SNB.  H+25/h+55 activity.
