[MilCom] REACH 9009 headed to Syracuse from Florida

     It is 1:15pm EDT (1715z), and Stewart ANGB C-5 "Reach 9009" has just 
departed Patrick AFB for Hancock Field, Syracuse.  Safe to assume he is bringing 
back gear from the week-long stay here for the 174FW F-16s.  Has just asked 
Patrick BO to place a call to Syracuse BO (315/454-6214) to report him headed 
their way.
     He is using VHF ATC freqs (he arrived using UHF).
