[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - READY MADE standing by for traffic

      11244.0 was active at 1525z with READY MADE (or maybe READY MAN; 
weak/readable levels here) bcsting a 28-character EAM (VW74OG) and 
simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak/barely readable) with nothing 
heard on 6697.0 or 13155.0.  He popped up on freq a moment or two after the 
completion of his xmsn with a couple of "standing by for traffic" 
statements and quiet.
