There is not much time left to catch comms from the NY-ANG F-16s that
have been TDY here for the past week. Three flights of them worked this morning
at Avon Park Bombing Range and in the offshore W-158 area (COORS 01, APEX 01,
COBRA 01).
Moments ago (9:45am EDT) a flight of them took off as COORS 01 again,
headed to Avon Park. The most likely air-air freq for them is 138.3.
A flight of them will be departing Patrick this afternoon to return home
to Syracuse NY. The balance of them will depart tomorrow.
AWACS acft GOLIATH is controlling acft in the Tarpon Range near Key
West. Comms are Lima Charlie here on 250.6, 323.1, and 276.5. GOLIATH has been
orbiting in the AW-022 area, and is about to AAR in that area.
KING 70, a Patrick AFB HC-130P, has just departed on a round-robin
flight; will be doing local work here.
Plenty to listen to this morning.
