This incident is over an hour old, but I'm just getting
around a computer to send out a post. I was out mobile
when it happened, so I'm not clear on many details.

There has been an aircraft crash at the Savannah Int'l
Airport. Air National Guard Fire and Air National Guard
SP's are handling Fire/Rescue and Security. Press is
being directed to the Combat Readiness Training Center
and ANG Public Affairs. USCG helicopter 6551 apparently
witnessed the "mishap" (their word for it) and were
briefly on scene. As near as I could tell from their comms
with Savannah Air, the aircraft that crashed may have
been a USAF trainer.

Savannah/Chatham TRS:
    -TG 6440 ANG Crash/Fire

GA ANG:
    -148.100 ANG Crash/Fire
    -148.225 ANG Security

Savannah IAP
    -121.900 Savannah Ground, ANG units

Both runways were briefly closed, with 09/27 opening first
followed by 18/36. Charlie Taxiway is apparently still closed
at this time.
