[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - OFFUTT and BERNADINE

      11244.0 was active at 2143z with OFFUTT (good levels here) calling 
BERNADINE "on 11244" a number of times with no known response and quiet 
(and into two 6-character EAMs).  It's the second time in a month that the 
HFGCS has used 11244.0 to call a callword.
