on their way home.I guess when the KC-135s head home they may as 
well take some cargo with them.Hence the REACH callsigns.

 REACH 6950 arrive Dover C-141 #66-7950 for cargo upload.
 REACH 0183 arrive Dover,req 15k fuel.
