[MilCom] Heads up Langley

FIRST-11, part of an unknown group of F-15C's that incl FIRST-35 was
tanking in AR-636 at about 1700z. Langley is busy with FIRST's, BUGSY's,
VOODOO's, RUMBLE's, RAMBO's and SPAD's.

A_A on 233.525, 262.025, 279.650, 333.550, 341.800 (new Eagle Control) and
364.125 Spad ops.

FIRST-35 is still airborne in W-386.
