[MilCom] Nine Dutch F-16s arrive Melbourne IAP

     The first of 9 Dutch F-16s and their KDC-10 tanker are inbound now.  I 
snagged the tanker's check-in with 8846.0 kHz USB at 1257z; he got a Selcal 
check.

10:01am EDT (1401z):
     Dutch tanker NAF 49 on 8846.0 kHz USB (NY Oceanic ATC) requested FAIRR 
to HOBEE (fixes on his original flight plan).  He is told to contact NY Ctr 
on 126.025 at FAIRR.  Then he is advised his routing will be JAINS > CARPS > 
direct destination (KMLB).  This is the conventional routing to Melbourne IAP.

11:25am EDT (1525z):
    Dutch F-16s NAF 81 flight landed.  They were using the tanker boom freq 
261.3 for air-air. Landed using VHF ATC freqs, though offered UHF.

    The Dutch KDC-10 tanker, NAF 49, just landed.
