      11244.0 was active at 1851z with an unknown player [weak/barely 
readable; good audio; maybe a NAOC; unable to id; maybe an "r" and and "s" 
in the callsign (or not)] bcsting a 28-character EAM (CKECES) with nothing 
heard on 8992.0 or any ZULU freq (maybe too weak.)
