I have been working in the Augusta, Georgia area this past week and found=

time to do a little searching. I stumbled upon a VHF trunked system that =

believe belongs to Fort Gordon, near Augusta.

The system is 100% digital, but only some talk groups appear to be
encrypted. It is monitorable using the Uniden 250D. Here's what I found;
