0700z  13 Apr 03

      8992.0 was active at 0648z with an unknown player [too weak to id] 
bcsting a 28-character EAM (CK2MJB) slightly trailing the HFGCS's bcst of 
same with nothing heard on 11244.0, any ZULU freq or 6697.0.

      6697.0 was active at 0651z with the unknown player [too weak to id; 
weak/barely readable levels here] bcsting CK2MJB.  At 0700z the freq became 
active with apparent EE language.  Accent sounded more U.S. than British 
(MKL,the other active station on this freq) but unknown id.
