      11244.0 was active at 1953z with [sounded like PART TIME but may be 
something else; weak/readable levels; good audio] bcsting a 28-character 
EAM (CKVJKT) slightly preceding ANDREWS' HFGCS bcst of same, with nothing 
heard on 8992.0 or any ZULU freq.

      11244.0 was active at 1956z with [maybe PART TIME; weak/mostly 
readable but now with broken audio] bcsting a 28-character EAM (CKT3SN) 
slightly preceding ANDREWS' HFGCS bcst of same with nothing heard on 8992.0.
