11:15am: Pattern work; being flown by Patrick pilot; had been Portland 939RQW 
(dis-established) bird; may now be Patrick bird.  Several extremely low 
passes over my house, but poor lighting conditions today ruined photo 
chances.  He moved from Rnwy 20 to Rnwy 29 when JSTARS 03 began pattern work 
here.

Daytona Beach Approach ATC bec of lack of Patrick PPR; quickly resolved.  
Later, ground comms with Northrop-Grumman base and TERRA 5 regarding 
tomorrow's flight.
