[MilCom] FYI Air-Air Milcoms have been encrypted since last weekend!

Everyone (184th ARW, 190th ARW, 155th ARW, 931st ARW, 114th FW, 138th
FW, 132nd FW, 7th BW, 2nd BW & 509th BW) all in clear.  Do not
remember hearing 22nd ARW recently but normally only green comms were
btwn TURBO-71 & 72 for training purposes when they are home.  55th
Wing orderwire acty normal as far as I can tell here in the LAND of
OZ.
