[MilCom] CG Rescue 1502 SAR for ELT source.

     It is 0244z, and CG RESCUE 1502, an HC-130H out of CGAS-Elizabeth City, 
has just completed comms with CG LANT Area Cmd Ctr, Norfolk via a phone patch 
through CAMSLANT-Chesapeake on 5696.0 kHz USB.
     RESCUE 1502 dropped a DMB at 37-35.8 North, 71-01.9 West at 0230z.  1502 
also passed the "associate point" for the ELT as 37-33 North, 71-05.9 West at 
0111z.  This placement is off the VA coast.
     RESCUE 1502 is bingo fuel and RTB homeplate at this time, but mentioned 
another asset that is in the vicinity.
