[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - SIGONELLA and ADB 11

      11244.0 was active at 2347z+ with SIGONELLA (weak/readable levels 
here) calling ADB 11 (ALPHA DELTA BRAVO ONE ONE or sounds like) "on 11244" 
a few times with no response and gone.
