      8992.0 was active at 0406z with an unknown player (too weak to id) 
bcsting a 28-character EAM (WY2DWJ) and simulcasting same on at least 
11244.0 (weak) and maybe heard on 6697.0 (if there buried in the noise floor.)

      6697.0 was active at 0407z and 0437z with the unknown player (too 
weak to id) bcsting WY2DWJ.  H+07/h+37 activity.
