      11244.0 was active at 1742z+ with GLAD BAG (weak/barely readable 
rising to fair levels; good audio) calling OFFUTT a number of times "with 
request" (sometimes "with urgent request") with no response.

      8992.0 was active at 1755z with an unknown player [too weak to id; 
weak/mostly unreadable] bcsting a 28-character EAM with nothing heard on 
11244.0 (if there buried in the noise floor.)  H+25/h+55 activity.
