Chuck, the Link-11 tracking party is still underway in the VACAPES area
somewhere between Virginia and South Carolina. Foreign Navies are
participating, at least one of them is Norwegian.

Giantkiller-net 4.372 MHz USB also has trfc relating to this exercise.

On the ALE everyone keeps reporting, that is not coming from 5.425 MHz.
5.4239 is where the ALE signals are originating, which is part of a USCG
operated net under test from HQ CG District 9 in Cleveland Ohio, and
linking with several Coast Guard vessels in the Great Lakes area.
