You're hearing 5.4239 off-frequency. Same reason Ron thought there was ALE
on 5425. It's all coming from 54239 the US Coast Guard ALE Net from
District 9 Cleveland Ohio.
Back on toipic, one of the participants in the exercise is Norwegian Navy,
who had an emergency medivac from their ship to the Norfolk Naval Station
last night aboard Norwegian-322.
