All,

Freq: 05425.0 KHz

For about the last hour (0100-0150 UTC) there has been a joint Link-11
tracking exercise going on this freq. The US participants are using single
letter callsigns, i.e. Mike, Lima, Papa, etc while the foreign particpants
are using two-letter callsigns, i.e. Bravo Alpha (Scandanavian accent) , Kilo
India (German accent), Sierra Charlie (undetermined accent), etc.

There's also been some ALE (good strength) on this freq but it doesn't break
out with PC-ALE. It looks like this ALE may be being used by the foreign
participants on this net.
